Jade has been stylist for the past 10 years plus. What I love the most is her honesty, professionalism, and how she always makes you feel like you're the only client that matters.
I visited this salon as part of a bridal party, and it was the best experience I've had at a salon. Jade was super friendly and ensured that everyone was happy with their style. Not only did she meet us at the venue to put the finishing touches on our hair, but she so kindly helped the bridal party with getting into their dresses and shoes and with anything else they needed. She really went above and beyond for everyone. I highly recommend her!
They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They are experts in natural haircare and styling. I refer all of my natural people there without hesitation. Not only are they able to style your hair but they take time to explain haircare methods specific to your individual hair type. And, its always a professional and friendly atmosphere.
I Really loved their customer service. They really care about each client. I appreciated the amount of communication with scheduling my appointment and planning out my visit. My stylist gave me tips to help me reach my hair goals. My hair looked great! I'm looking forward to coming back.
