Ms. Roberta was amazing! She listened and took her time with my hair! It was a burnt and faded orange and now it's a brown ballage! I love it! Just a few tips for any first timers, the building is called Salon Row, you won't see her store sign from the outside you have to walk in and there is a list of business doorbells you'll see Its All Hair and you ring the buzzer.
Roberta did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair. She was on time, personable, and attentive. We were in and out without pulling a shift! Thanks so much and we will most definitely be back.
My hair looks amazing! I told her I wanted a combination of styles. She really read between the lines and got a feel for what I *really wanted* despite the fact I showed her like 1000 different styles! Haha!! I’m definitely going to her again!
My experience was amazing !! This was my first time going to Roberta and I have to say when I went to her my hair was pretty dry, brittle, broken, it made me really down but after getting in her chair and I like to say being TRANSFORMED she is now my permanent hair stylist ! Thank you Roberta for taking your time and taking care of my natural hair 🥰
Just wished she was honest about handling my hair. It took 3 visits, the last visit was to correct my uneven hair for a haircut service that I originally paid for in my first session with a tough up and to correct the full balayage that I wanted, even after paying for a partial balayage, the result was still not what I wanted. I did some research of how a full balayage hair looks like in a bun and having it down, it was nothing like how my hair was. I was looking for an apology for the result and her lack of understanding that I wanted what I paid for, to me was sad to realize. In my mind, I paid a lot and more but just wanting her to fix rather than asking for a refund, I felt wasn't too much to ask for. It is also sad that I referred my sister to her and her cut was way too short and it didn't look like she layered her hair. The color was messsd up too, when she went home. She does not live in VA, and she will deal with her result until she finds someone else. My only regret was learning about it later when I finally look at the back my hair in a bun. Paying over $500 for something like that is very upsetting and all is left are feelings of regret of ever trying something new with someone who never handled hair like mine. I would have been fine and said sorry for my providing a satisfactory service, but the awkwardness of letting her fix the problem was unbearable. I rwally hoped she would see that I was giving her a chance to make it right, I see after today..I wished I didn't give her chance to. After today, I am not coming back.
