It is my first time that I booked flight from Traveloes. The flight was from New York to Miami. I was traveling with my father-in-law. we requested assistance and few more things those were taken care quite well at the airport, they took care of the arrangements quite well. I was quite impressed with the services they provided and also the fares too. My experience was good enough to recommend to anyone and that brings me here back with a A+ review.

The agent been helpful and has patience trying to book my desired ticket price and dates. Website ticket price jump up while on the process of the transaction. I called customer service to assist my problem. She tried to book it but she told me the price went up already. She didn’t game me other options but decide if I’ll take the new price or not. Again, I check the calendar and find dates that has low fare. I was wondering if the agent is aware or knowledgeable of those lower fares options. Further, I manage to pick another date that I wanted. Finally, she was able to book that ticket that I insisted. She was very patient and professional yet she needs to address options (rates) and find the best price and suggest to customers as well.

Staff were efficient can't comment on after sales as yet, my only gripe was to wait and book my flight seat but that's not their fault. Deal I got was excellent (flight + hotel) and I am now looking forward to visiting the Maldives. Sorry I can't give 5 stars as I don't know about after sales as yet.

I called Traveloes and an agent assisted me with the booking. I received the itinerary and immediately notice the booking was for the wrong date which the agent made the mistake not me. I called back and requested them to change the date first the agent denied then he put me on hold for 40 minutes after that he took another 30 minutes to book my flight on required date. It's a new company and this was my 1st time using them can do better.

I made a reservation for two people and somehow when I got confirmation on email, it had only the second person's middle name on it. Needless to say, changing it was very difficult. Cost me money and made me have to change my date and basic reservation. But the company guy from traveloes stayed on the phone with me for TWO hours to get a new reservation. I have no clue how the computer deleted the second person's name (it put mine in twice with their middle name). So all I can say is be careful to check your reservation - which I thought I did. Prices have always been good here when I use them.
