I always walk away happy. Mo is a beast at what she does, Edward Scissorhands ✂️✂️ can't even compete with her. Long hair, short hair, baldness, whatever it is, I guarantee you will walk away a pleased customer.
Mo is theeee best!!! I’m a faithful client that goes weekly and when I said she never misses.. she NEVER EVER miss…. My pixie is always always on point. The compliments I get on a daily is crazy. I love how I can just sit in her chair and she does her thing! Ohhhhh, and the cleanliness is A1…. Always always clean, great vibe, great music, just a relaxed , vibrant atmosphere. Everytime I come the shop is a freaking vibe, clean, and inviting! The owner Monique does my hair and executes E-V-E-R-Y-T-I-M-E! I’m never disappointed when I leave and I always get compliments. She’s the only one I trust to do my quick weave and she cuts up and never misses! I HIGHLY recommend her!
Came to ask a question and get some hair advice. One lady who responded was so rude. Her energy was extremely negative. I simply thanked her for her time and said goodbye. Customer service is key business owners!!!. Sometimes you just have to hear a person out, especially if they're coming to you for help. Because of that encounter I wouldn't recommend this place. There are other ladies who work in this shop however they individually and collectively represent the shop's name and image. Customer service training for stylist is highly recommended for folks working here.
Moday is a hidden treasure when it comes to hair. I’m very meticulous when it comes to my hair and she surpassed all of my expectations. If you want quality work, then she’s your girl.
