I've been a fan of Greens N Teff and I always enjoy my visits. The food is always delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I love that the menu is full of Ethiopian and Eritrean dishes that are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. There's something for everyone, whether you're looking for something light or something more substantial. The service is also excellent. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and he always makes me feel like I'm at home. He even gives me extra food to try outside my order just for no additional fee. I highly recommend Greens N Teff to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable vegetarian meal in Arlington, VA. Coming back soon. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
Flavorful vegan food! Also, it was great meeting the entire family. This small family owned business knows flavor, as they were grinding the spices when I arrived. Excellent service too. Thank you for a great experience all around!
Great flavors, will be back We’ve tried multiple Ethiopian restaurants and the combination of veggies and proteins were good! We sampled all they had available in their menu (5 different lentils, mushrooms tibs, collard greens, zucchini, Brussels sprouts, beets, green beans.) all were very good. Will definitely get the mushrooms again if we had to pick one. I also liked that their cabbage was thinly sliced. please note for now this is vegan, take out and delivery.
Unique! Imagine you take traditional Ethiopian food and go to a modern creative director from a well know advertising company and ask him to mix some vibes of the year 2022 in some well known dishes. That is Greens N Teff.
My first time trying Ethiopian vegan food and it turned out so well. Everything I ordered was delicious; and my favorite was the mushroom. Will come again and try the spicy lentil next time.
