I have attended the gala signature establishment several times, have always been amazed thrilled and elated! The deck decor is always on point the music is what you want for your event. They are just a five-star couple together. I enjoy attending functions there and will highly recommend them👏🏾👏🏾
Fast and easy, they were very professional and left me enough time to set up my event after they dropped off the tables. They set up the tables how I wanted and I just threw the table and chair covers on
I was impressed with how the owner decorated the space for the birthday party 🎉 🥳
I met with owner prior to event and floors were horrible literally not clean walls was not the cleanest. However why going over the contract my sister and I ask owner will the floors be cleaned and she went on to say the walls are getting fresh paint!!!!! So I said ok, Lord behold the night of my event nothing had changed floors and walls Dirty. Also I paid for owner bartender and security which bartender was extremely late and her husband became security!!!! Fake bartender and fake security. I clearly reached out to the owner for a partial refund which the event was scheduled for the month of July 2022 and I still haven’t heard anything as of 8/15/2022. The husband knew I was mad 😡 when I entered the building because of my out burst to him. Even though he was telling me to reach out to his wife I think he should’ve handled it while he was present. I will refer or do business with Signature Gala Event no more!!!!! Nor family or friends that I know
Gala signature events is a clean and lovely and spacious venue. Conveniently located. When renting equipment from them for various parties, they have been timely and professional. My son and his friends LOVED the gaming truck! I'd recommend their services without reservation!
