I love my therapist. But the business side needs to be reorganized. I have left numerous messages. And no one has returned my call. If it wasn’t for my amazing therapist I would be gone. Whomever owns this business needs to ensure their customers service department is evaluated on how to communicate. And I won’t even start on the $$$$/ payment department. I am being changed saying i missed appointments that I didn’t. A price i have to pay to maintain my Sanity.
