Quite nice scenery view and wonderful trip to Jeju and Seoul! Thankiu Dreamcation for the trip to South Korea! Thumbs up! And thanks to our Tour leader Agnes that take care of us through out the journey there.
I'm very impressed during the Turkey tour for 11D9N in May/June 2023. The tour leader Ms Shannie Yong from Dreamcation was very caring and friendly during the entire journey. She's very well concern with the group by asking our feedback at every hotel that stayed in. Other that that, Mr Safak, the Tour Guide in Turkey was well knowledgeable by explaining and showed all the different places in Turkey. In Overall, the tour was well organised without any hiccups.
Booked Cruise from 11-14 June 2023 for 8 of us with Farah. Brought 4 elderly along. Requested for wheelchair service for 2 elderly as well as room with wheelchair accessible, unfortunately nothing was arranged. We were totally ignored on board. I had to personally go to counter at the Cruise Line and ask for help. Its not our first time going on cruise. Usually we booked direct with the cruise line and we were very pleased with the arrangements. Sadly not with this agency.
This will be my last time making a booking with Dreamcation. Booked trip to Vietnam. Was informed 1 week before departure due no of guest not fulfilled , they have cancel the trip. They will refund the deposit . When making booking , they encourage to put the deposit for early bird discount . It's really a disappointment . I have to make other arrangements with higher cost due to their last minute cancellation for me to bring my family for June Holiday vacation .
The trip to Turkiye in Dec 2022 was our first with Dreamcation. We joined the group at the very last minute and the trip sure did not disappoint. The planned itinerary went well and smoothly, many thanks to our efficient and quick-thinking Tour Leader, Christine, and Local Guide, Mahmut. Although, the tour programme was compact, we had so much fun and appreciate the professionalism, warmth and friendship. Highly recommended, we look forward to out next trip with Dreamcation!
