My family and I have utilized Dream Makers Travel Services for over seven years; they exceed expectations. I traveled to St. Lucia in June to commemorate my mother's eightieth birthday, but ran into a problem. Antigua was also on our itinerary, but we were unable to travel there due to Hurricane Brett and the closure of the airport. The sales manager informed me that I must pay for my extended stay because it is the procedure. Since I had already paid for the extra time at the ROYALTON IN ANTIGUA, my time should have been readily transferred. Again, I was informed, "There’s a process and he could not call Antigua, so I had to pay $667 for the night and see what transpires the following day." I asked, "What if I don't pay AGAIN? Are you going to evict me?!" His response was, "I hope it never comes to that." Then, I contacted the DMTS Travel Advisor, Sonia Roberts, who promptly contacted the Front Desk Manager, Ms. Nella, to explain that I had already paid for my stay in Antigua; consequently, the reservation should be transferred since it was not my fault. Ms. Nella and Mrs. Roberts contacted the supplier and Royalton in Antigua; THEY STARTED THE PROCESS IMMEDIATELY.... I am sincerely grateful to Mrs. Roberts for her perseverance and empathy in resolving the situation so that I would not have to pay AGAIN. My family and I were able to extend our stay in St. Lucia and returned safely to the United States. My mother had a delightful time on the beautiful island of St. Lucia, but we will not return to the Royalton there. I will continue to use DREAM MAKERS TRAVEL's services because I admire their company and professionalism.

From the suggestions of places to stay, to the booking of a resort perfect for me, perfect flight times and price, I cannot express how grateful I am. I have used Dream Makers Travel for several trips and each time they did NOT disappoint. My two recents was my 50th birthday girls trips to Puerto Vallarta where Sonia secured a luxury Villa where my girls and I spent 6 days being pampered by the staff. It was amazing! I just got back from a luxury vacation at a beautiful beach front resort in Zanzibar that exceeded my expectations! I loved it!! I highly recommend Sonia to plan your trips….especially if you are busy like me. She is very responsive, extremely professional, easy to work with and will customize the experience based on what YOU want to get out of your trip. She nails it every time! Will keep on using her.
I love Dream Makers Travels/Sonia Roberts, they take the stress and worry out of vacationing by planning every detail of your trip experience. From booking cruises , flights, and ground transportation, You name it and they will take care of it. I also like that they are personable, and they are available!!! If you run into a problem, even during your travels they are still there for you to help, guide, rearrange travel plans, whatever is needed.
