The 5 star reviews are real! I was nervous because I placed an order around 11:30 a.m. and asked for it to be delivered before 5 p.m. to a complex location that I had never been to before. They got it done and delivered on time and I heard that the flowers were beautiful and smelled amazing! Excellent customer service!
2 weeks ago I ordered flowers for my daughter’s Teacher of the Year celebration at her school. I was promised by the 3rd party that I placed the order with that the flowers would be there before noon. The flowers did not make it before noon. However, she did get the flowers at around 3, but they were not the ones I chose on the website. I finally contacted someone at the store and told her about my dissatisfaction. She kindly listened to my complaint and reassured me that they would resend the order using the flowers I originally ordered. I really appreciated how understanding and helpful she was to make sure I was a satisfied customer! 😁🥰
What a great place. I ordered online for a group of us to get a teammate Birthday flowers. It was convenient and I felt pricing was fair. I checked in later in the day to make sure all was good. They were taking the flowers to my friends office, the original delivery location. Turns out our friend was heading home. Talked to Keitha (Who is AWESOME) and she called an audible and had the driver deliver to her home instead. We got this photo texted to us and very pleased. Nice to have such great service and product. Thank you Keitha and team.
I received an unexpected gift of flowers from Britt's and they are stunning! The gentleman who delivered them was so kind. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
Came in here to get some last minute flowers for my girlfriend and was astounded by the bouquet of flowers she put together in under 10 minutes. Best price for the best quality flowers I’ve gotten in this area. I will be sure to make Britts my go to florist. Britts daughter was work and was a very pleasant lady.
