I had a crown fall off. Actually I pulled it off eating sticky candy. I am a new patient but definitely plan on adopting them as my new dentist. I found an appointment for that day. Very professional. Lots of patient teaching. I had a lot of questions. My previous dentist had retired. Definitely would recommend this dentist. Loved Dr white!
I had my teeth thoroughly cleaned and examined today at Bright Whites Dental by Dr. white and I must say I was and still very satisfied with the service I got . She’s very patient and attentive. I told her I felt uncomfortable with the stains on my teeth and she did a good job cleaning them out. First time client and I will definitely be returning for my next appointment. I highly recommend And oh, by the way, thanks for the daily healthy teeth tool kit. Super-friendly and warm staff and dentist. Appreciated their thorough explanation of what they saw in x-ray and what it represented. Clearly deeply knowledgeable with lots of expertise and very enjoyable to talk with. A great experience
I always feel welcomed, treated well personally and professionally. I know that I’ll receive information about my dental needs and developments since my previous appointment.
I was very hesitant towards writing this review but I have to be honest. Dr Whites beside is positive and warm but My complaint is more towards something else. I never received a confirmation call which made me double check my calendar the night before seeing my appointment for 230 pm. All of sudden the day of my appointment at 930am I received a text that my appointment was now at 11am. There was no way I could make it on time so I call to move it which they do but to 3pm same day. I had no prob with this thought it was weird. I was there 10 mins before my appointment with my paperwork already filled out online. I’m taken back X-rays are taken and my appointment is zooming. Dr white gets to work tells the hygienist the depth of my gums or something idk she quickly starts cleaning my teeth max 10 mins. Then says goodbye that my visit was over. I was shocked it was so quick since it had been so long (about 7 hrs) but again I was understanding thinking the hygienist would finish up. She did but it was even faster maybe another 5 mins max. I paid extra for a fluoride polish which was carelessly applied. At this point I had gotten the hint that the office was in a rush to leave, I pay my copay and checkout. I walked out of that office 25 mins after checking in. There is no way I was fully serviced or fully taken care of. I really wanted to love it
