It was a nice vibe and atmosphere. I enjoyed the Dj.Let’s talk food Crab balls delicious all crabmeat, Fried lamb chops melt in your mouth.Everyone in my party said the food was delicious. (See pics for menu items). Dessert I had the Peach Cobbler Cheesecake no picture it was so delicious forgot the picture.The waitress had good customer service the only thing that I would say is the time you wait for your food.
This is my 2nd visit with Boss Queens, 1st at this location. I love the vibe that it provides, and customer service was great. I wasn't too happy with my food. I think it just may have been that I went right before closing. My shrimp was on point. However, the grits weren't thoroughly cooked. Everything else I could've passed on. I will definitely give it a 3rd try, though.
The food is A1. One of the best Soulfood places I have been to in a very long time. They need to open up in Charlotte, North Carolina because boss queens will give everybody a run for their money. The price is reasonable, the staff is respectful, the live music is amazing and the vibe is laid-back. You can come dressy or casual. And the drinks is amazing. If I can give it 10 stars I would. I highly recommend coming here on date night or ladies night out. I came back to the restaurant two nights in a roll. This is my go to restaurant when I come back to Virginia Beach highly recommend it. Their collar greens is a 10 out of 10 and everything else is a 10 out of 10. And their food is made to order.
My husband and I had an AMAZING lunch here today! The Sunday specials were absolutely delicious. I recommend an order of truffle fries to start! They were seasoned perfectly. There was really nothing we thought was "okay" every bite was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Highly recommend!
I found this restaurant on Tik Tok when looking for places for my VA Beach trip. We stayed in VA beach and this restaurant is 20 min drive. Totally worth it! The food was sooooo good and everything was fresh and hot. The seafood empanadas were amazing and I had a drink the “King Boss” was great. I forgot our waitress name but she was really good and attentive. The vibe was so good in there. The live band they had had us all singing and dancing in our seats some even got up and started dancing. This was were I went for my birthday and I’m not disappointed.
