It shameful how long I’ve had this hair in my head but yalllllll!!!!!….it STILL looks good. As early as today I’m still getting compliments on my see in. I appreciated the initial consultation which solidified my decision to agree to further service. I thought my ability to maintain the gorgeous hairdo would be more than a notion however DEVDIDIT!!Following the install, Devani walked me through gentle and simple care techniques which have surely preserved my hair. I did go back for maintenance to which seems to have furthered the life of this hair. Alas….I must let it go. I have an upcoming appt to deconstruct, and get a new install. Y’all I’m soooo doggone excited. Ooowee I’m already feeling myself. Dev DIDit!!
Classy did such a fantastic job on my hair. She was fast, provided expert knowledge on my continued hair care, and offered me additional products to maintain my hair. She has a customer for life!
I will never book again with Devani Sutton. I booked a hair appointment with her 3 weeks prior to the appointment date. We texted and I booked through her site. 2 days before the appointment, I texted her to make sure everything was straight for my appointment. I booked her to have my hair done for my wedding. When I texted her, her response was “unfortunately I am going to have to cancel. I was booked for a film”. I immediately texted her back, NO response. I texted her about getting my deposit back, then she responded with “yes”. Her customer service is horrible. A client has to text you to make sure an appointment is still happening is a problem. She had to of known about this film. They did not book her the day before. Also, her response was not acceptable. She could have cared less about canceling and not letting the client know ahead of time. This was for my wedding. She had a no care attitude and customer service was horrible. She gave no follow up at all. If you are looking for a stylist that is professional, communicative and sticks to her appointments, DO NOT BOOK WITH HER. If google would allow me to give negative stars, I would.
Raiven is very talented and her space is very warm and welcoming. I booked the service for my daughter, although she wasn’t able to sit through the process, what did get completed was absolutely beautiful. I will be bringing her back once she’s older and able to sit. Overall the experience was great.
This was my first time visiting the hair studio. The vibe made me feel so comfortable. You walk in as the stylists greet you with smiles and the bomb music playing. The ladies were coordinated with their all black on as they tended to their clients. The conversation flowed and it felt like a real sisterhood amongst the stylists. Ty slayed my hair per usual. She had my edges slick and each feed-in braid was neat to the T. You will get an amazing style as well as a great experience when visiting the hair studio.
