I hired Brian based off FB posts, never tried a morsel of his food, and trusted him to help me host 30+ people.. Not gonna lie, I was nervous. Something told me, from his savory menu, I was with the right person but still the proof is in the spoonfuls. OMG the food. I cannot find sufficient amount of adjectives to express how delicious each dish was. My guests went up for 2nd and 3rd because they couldn’t get enough. Tuscan Chicken, Filet Mignon in a garlic au jus (cooked to the temp I knew my guests would want) Brussels Sprouts (to die for), cauliflower au gratin, penne vodka, roasted potatoes (done to perfection), coucous with roasted veggies, grilled halloumi salad with a home made roasted corn vinaigrette and a regular salad. Each dish was perfect. Brian and Stephanie were so wonderful to work with. Brian kept this crazy girl calm, and provided excellent service from the first phone call to the delivery. I cannot recommend them enough. Please call Brian and Stephanie for your next party.
Brian and his team catered a 40 person event at our home and everyone was blown away. Everything was top notch. The food was incredible and the service was fantastic. I can’t wait for the next event with BK!
Recently BK private dining and catering catered my wedding and I must say I was really impressed with the services we received. I am Filipino with a huge family and my wife is Italian with also a very large family and Bk private dining and catering definitely catered to both ends of the traditional spectrum and everyone was happy. The food was delicious, and staff was very wonderful and helpful. I can't wait to use them again in the future and I highly recommend them for all of their catering services. I've already recommended them to plenty of my family members and friends.
Simply put, these guys are great! From our initial meeting to closing out the next day. They set the mood staging the tents, tables and chairs. They delivered everything on time and the food was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Totally surpassed my expectations. Our guests kept raving about the food and Paul and Stephanie were so courteous and eager to assist every guest, from offering tastings to accommodating everyone's dietary needs. Kudos to the staff and owner ( Brian) for making our BBQ event so successful ! You earned new clients guys !!
