Always able to get an appt within a week or two. My Maltese is getting elderly but seems to tolerate her grooming. Usually ready in 3 hours. Communication is excellent.
So I want to start by saying I have 2 dogs, Bella my laid back Yorkie and Teddy my dramatic bichon/Yorkie mix. Teddy's first grooming when he was a puppy was a horrendous experience at Pet Smart and ever since he is "difficult" to groom as the sound of the clippers scares him and he squirms trying to get away. I needed to find a new groomer because my current one was unable to do it anymore due to new job and was so worried for my Teddy, scared to take him somewhere new for fear of him being yelled at and them losing patience with him due to being difficult. I can confidently say I've found my new groomer at Bella Rose!! Both my pups looked amazing and she was soooo great with my Teddy and they were both soooo happy when I picked them up letting me know they had a good experience! I can't thank Sarah enough for easing all my worries and concerns and for how amazing she made my babies look, it was like picking up two totally different dogs!!
They always do an exceptional job grooming my standard poodles. They are also very friendly and know.
Excellent grooming service. Sarah is very patient, caring and loving. She is truly an animal lover. I was very happy with her services on my 2 furbabies. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend her to furbabies parents.
I was very nervous about Taking our dog there. She has high anxiety and hip dysplasia. We usually have to give her medicine for her anxiety when she gets cut. We gave it a try with out the medicine and we are extremely happy with her cut. They had to cut her very close and was able to do that without cutting our dog. We will definitely be going back.
