Dr. Scott is great! Very personable, detailed, takes a lot of time for each of my appointments, and answers all of my questions. Her staff is amazing too! They are all friendly, kind and the dental assistant even held my hand when Dr. Scott was replacing a deep cavity. The staff works well together and they all seem happy. I can't say enough good things about them.
Dr Scott has been our family dentist (for me, my mom & my 2 sons) since 1994 (about 27 years). I have had gum issues most of that time & I HATE PAIN -- she is always there to the rescue enabling me to keep my strong teeth. We love Dr Scott -- along with being very knowledgeable about dental/health care, she is personable, caring to young & old, gentle, patient and takes the time necessary for the task at hand. Plus, her friendly staff is a reflection of her as well, rendering kind assistance at all times. Everyone is professional. Highly recommend.
Dr. Scott clinic provides exponential services, recommended me right and cost efficient procedure for my dental work. Also very informative regarding any provided treatments.
Dr. Scott has been my dentist and a friend for at least 20 years. She and her team are awesome. I changed insurances once and went right back to my high a** insurance just to have her as my dentist. No lie, and paid the extra money to do so! They are awesome without a doubt and are accommodating, always friendly, trustworthy and Dr. Scott is an excellent dentist! She will do everything not to pull your teeth! She wants you to keep all of your teeth! I love this team and will and have recommended friends and family to Dr. Scott’s dentistry. She’s always up to date on new technology as well. Her office is bright and happy and very comfortable, as well as extremely clean always!
I came in with pain and left with pain, after waiting an hour for y'all to figure out the insurance and i had to guide your front desk on how to verify my insurance. Y'all should already know how! i showed you my insurance was valid (Tricare ADDP). I showed you that you were authorized to do a filling to get rid of my pain and you threw a bandaid on it with fluoride and refused to do anything for me. The insurance told you, you haven't gotten paid in the past because you're using the wrong billing codes! All you had to do is put it as an emergency and use the word pain to get paid. Your tech kept addressing issues that i wasn't there for, which comes across as the focus is selling something. I filed a grievance with my insurance to spread the word that any active duty military should avoid your practice. You only wanted a referral and refused to address my issue in hope that you get to complete all my work. There is nothing you can do to solve my issue but be better!!
