Oh my goodness, did ShaWanda ever deliver a fantastic meal to our family of 20 (on Christmas Eve no less)! ShaWanda arrived right on time and had everything set up on chafing dishes in under 15 minutes. The chicken and pork were incredibly tender and juicy, and the side dishes of sweet potatoes, stuffing and green beans in a homemade béchamel sauce (my favorite) were all delicious! She also made a wonderful salad and we chose her homemade balsamic maple dressing which was loved by all. The rolls were also scrumptious. We ordered additional sides for the next evening and they were all great, especially her roasted vegetable tray. Last but not least the size of her portions was substantial. I highly recommend ShaWanda and 3112 Catering for any gathering!
We had a great experience working with ShaWanda for our wedding brunch and reception. She communicated with us from day one, created two great menus and came through. Our guests were happy and full. Elevated grilled cheese station was a huge hit.
I ordered for a bday party from Shawanda and she went above and beyond! Great food and more than enough to feed everyone plus some! I highly recommend the pasta salad!
3112 were fantastic! Communication was great, the service and food were perfect. Everyone commented how delicious the food was. They were a must have and made my daughter's wedding perfect! I would definitely hire them for another event.
I wanted to review and say how fantastic our meals provided by The 3112 Catering Company were over the holidays. 3112 provided Christmas Eve dinner and pre-made sides to be heated for Christmas Day for our extended family of 20. The Christmas Eve dinner ShaWanda and her crew prepared was just perfect, and everything reheated beautifully (thanks to creative recipes and instructions included on the pans) on Christmas Day. We loved the roasted veggies! Not only was the food delicious, but ShaWanda was such a pleasure to work with-she made planning a breeze, and we so appreciate her braving the frigid temps on the 24th to bring us our meals in person. I would recommend 3112 Catering Co. to anyone looking for exceptionally prepared dishes, fantastic customer service, and thoughtful and creative solutions to anyone looking for a catering in the Roanoke Valley area!
