Took a chance on going to a new salon (and driving into Boston) and I was not disappointed. I made a reservation for 11am but they were able to take me early. Amazing. The young lady who did my nails was more thorough than anyone I'd seen before. My nails are perfect and the manicure/massage was wonderful. Nearly fell asleep! While this might not be my "go to" simply because of the crazy traffic, they did an amazing job. Clean salon, great color selection, and you can see the sterilization equipment from the chairs. A+ in my book! To note: masks required (as they should be). They take Venmo for tips if you don't have cash.
This was my first time at this nail salon and I loved it. I was able to call and schedule an appointment the same day! When I arrived the energy was marvelous. Everyone was very friendly and polite. I was greeted at the door instantly. I was seen at the exact time my appoint was scheduled for. Amazing customer service and a beautiful location. I will definitely be going here for now on. I am looking forward to building relationships with the staff and becoming a “regular” customer ;)
They provide a premium service in a beautiful and convenient location. I have acrylic nails, so I made an appointment for a fill and two replacement nails. The attention to detail throughout my appointment was unlike any experience I've had before. The woman who did my nails carefully pushed back each cuticle instead of quickly cutting them. She also filed down the acrylic to make my nails look very natural. She completed the appointment with a lovely hand massage. It was time well spent in an inviting and professional environment. It's been over three weeks, and my nails still look fantastic. None of them have broken, and my polish is still perfect. The salon provided a 5-star service. This is my new salon. I can't wait for my next appointment!
Really loved this Nail salon! Their service was exceptional, and Staff was very courteous. It's clear they take pride in their work. I recommend this salon to everyone who can appreciate a relaxing spa experience. The salon is clean and well-kept. You will not be disappointed.
Love this place. Owner is so friendly. My manicure turned out great and the color is amazing quality and looks vibrant.
