We were a bit skeptical when we first went to see counselors at Through The Forest Counseling of Quincy. We've had some bad experiences with other counselors in the past, but the counselor we saw was so attentive and insightful that we felt like this was exactly what we needed! He helped us work through some longstanding issues from our past that were really holding us back and gave us the tools to keep moving forward with our lives. Great professionals.
I've been going to Through The Forest Counseling of Quincy since October, and my experience has been fantastic, especially considering the counseling facility I came from before starting with them. Everyone is very nice, and the pharmacist has been especially helpful due to an insurance issue. My case manager/counselor is one of the nicest persons I've ever encountered, and I appreciate how I can always phone and they'll answer! I would strongly suggest them to anyone; I love it here and am grateful that I will be able to use their services for many years to come!!
The team at Through The Forest Counseling of Quincy Services is excellent, friendly, and kind. They attempt to provide each individual with services that are both comfortable and effective. I waited so long to seek out because I was afraid of being judged. Then, approximately a month ago, I called Through The Forest Counseling of Quincy. On the phone, I was greeted by the sweetest, most patient young lady who took the time to assist me discovering proper counselor. After speaking with her, I knew I had made the correct option. This is my first therapy experience, and I am thankful for every step of the way. Scheduling was simple and straightforward. Because of my financial restraints, my counselor was quite accommodating with my schedule and attempted alternating weeks. Despite the fact that I couldn't afford weekly sessions, gentleman made the most of our time together and even responded to my emails between sessions if anything came up. It felt like a God-centered approach from the start, which is precisely what I was seeking for in a counselor. I would strongly recommend Through The Forest Counseling to others and will undoubtedly return as life dictates, permits, or both.
