Canceled at the time of appointment without explanation. We were waiting outside of the hair salon which was locked when we arrived. I totally understand that things happen, but I was really surprised that no one contacted me beforehand and then ignored my messages. Was hoping to get my daughters hair braided for her birthday so we ended up at a different salon thankfully
Staff was kind, the salon is set up nicely. My hair just did not last and it’s only been a few days… not saying to lower the price for retwist but if you will charge 130 for it please let it reflect in the quality of the service provided. Many salons are using jam more and more. Does it look nice initially yes, but it’s not for maintaining new growth to locs. To have to be retwisting and fixing different parts of the front and back of my hair so soon after getting it done is unfortunate. There are great loc gels out there.
It’s very hard to find a professional full service salon with reasonable prices. Sy Sy is just that. Owner is very sweet and accommodating. I love my braids and will return soon !!

Sysy is amazing. First time ever getting braids and I loved the result!
