DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! There is a reason why all their therapists keep leaving!! I was super excited to support a black (male) owned company but that was a complete mistake! I had a wonderful therapist who left after not even a year! The billing is a complete mess! No communication or clear instructions on how billing works! They don’t accept multiple different insurances. Then they claimed they accept the insurance I gave them just for my sessions not to be billed to the insurance company, leaving me to pay $2k+ out of pocket without any notice of it WHEN I WAS HAVING REPEAT SESSIONS!!! They informed me a year after the fact! If my insurance was not getting billed after the first couple times, why would you continue the sessions? I checked my insurance invoices and there was not a single claim made or filed with them, and if there was, I should have received noticed that it got rejected but I didn’t! They sent it to collections, without any effort to create a payment plan or any information on their end regarding the insurance claims they made! This company is completely unprofessional! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. I have been with him for multiple years. The agency really works with your insurance to make billing extremely easy. Jackie was amazing!!

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews because I think this counseling center is fairly organized. However, I have only dealt with the therapists and none of the administrators, so that may change. I appreciate the website and the client portal, and how easy it is to request an appointment and manage appointments with my assigned therapist. After filling out an intake form, I was contacted within 2 weeks. They seem to accept all major insurance plans, but it seems to vary depending on your therapist - my wife tried using the coverage she had with Harvard Pilgrim through me with one counselor and was told that HPHC was not accepted by that individual, even though it says the group accepts it on the website. Not a big deal since she had her own insurance (Blue Cross). My only gripe with this place is the crazy missed appointment fees ($175). I understand there are many people eager to receive therapy and even more people on waitlists, and that missing appointments on a regular basis is a waste of the therapist's time. However, some grace for a patient missing ONE appointment one time would be appreciated. My therapist is lovely, however, and I look forward to our sessions every week. I appreciate how diverse and knowledgeable the staff is.

Do not work with this company. They have wonderful therapist, but the office is disorganized and puts clients at risk with their lack of professionalism, understanding, or empathy. Their pricing is not equitable. My insurance changed and was told they would work with me to figure out a transition with my therapist, who I was with for 2 years, and then they went silent. I had to cancel 4 sessions while I waited confirmation and when a respond did come, after I sent many emails, they went back on their word of working with me and my budget. Having to cancel that many sessions while I awaited a followup is therapeutic negligence. Lastly, they over charged me for my final 2 sessions. They are not on top or clear on their billing. There are many equitable and professional therapy companies out there and reimagine is not one of them.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review 3 months later . However here is my concern with your response. 1. My telephone number was never disconnected. Your employee was updated with my telephone number which was our way of communication. Whether or not your office was updated with my number is no failure of mine . To try and shame me and say your reasoning for poor communication was due to my service being off only illuminates my concern for your lack of empathy. 2 . I also never received any mail stating why my therapist would no longer be available. The email that I did receive as I stated in my review only mentioned the cancellation of services. My leaving a review was only to bring awareness to not only how the delivery of communication made me feel , but it’s clearly how past clients feel as well … We can all afford to do better … Be well…… ............................................................................................................. Very disappointed... I received an email stating my therapist no longer works for the company and I no longer had any sessions. The lack of compassion is cringy. Yes people come and go and find new jobs. However the time it takes to find a therapist, to feel comfortable with a therapist and only for the therapist to leave without notice, but the vague email you receive as if "get over it" find someone else. Revamp your ways of communicating with your clients.
