My son had his Seniir photos done in the studio and I am glad that we went to the studio. The two people working there were very nice and the guy took great pictures of my son and the girl picked out great backgrounds. I wish I could remember their names. A great experience.

Prestige Portraits address is misleading. The listed address states that the location is 15720 Crabbs Branch Way Unit 1A, but the building address indicates the location is 15720 Crabbs Branch Way Unit 1B.
The top packages on their website is misleading and customer service was rude, for lack of a better description. I was refused the opportunity to escalate the issue with my order from a resolution team member. To be exact... they have "too many managers" and would not be able to give me a name or direct me to someone. How convenient for them.
My special needs daughter had her senior pictures taken here. Let me tell you, Lanae and China were the photographers. They were very patient and understanding with my daughter. They took their time with her and interacted with her so she would take the pictures. My daughter likes music so that is how they got her to take her pictures. They were very professional and good with her. I was so amazed and happy because I didn’t think she was going to take them but these young ladies worked it out and got the job done. Very pleased parent here. They deserve a raise.
