Irresponsible staff. We called and made an appointment to see the place. They didn't show up to the appointment and they did not pick up the phone while we were there. A few weeks later, we called again, they picked up, we talked about them missing the first appointment, they said they would make sure to be there. We went for our second appointment and again they did not show up and did not pick up the phone when we called multiple times while we were there. The place itself is not easily accessible, we could only find one small elevator that would take us up. The owners need to realize that they are wasting people's time when they miss appointments. Do not waste your time trying to go see this place.
Great studio space, wonderful decor! Debbie was amazing and accommodated every need and want to make my party come to life. She is very creative and knows what she is doing. 10/10 on trusting the process.
