Looking for the cab was a terrible experience. From the time that we arrive When I found a cab The driver didn't help me load my luggage. He just stood there and barely helped me with the last suitcase. When he dropped me off at my final destination And gave me the total price. I was told it was $100 and it totaled Close to $110 When I asked the cab driver He said I had to pay for the tolls, Then I told him I didn't have enough money for a tip and he got mad And told me how am I taking cabs and don't have money for tips. Plus I still ended up giving him a tip. And he didn't help me with my luggage He just sat there and he asked me if I wanted help and I just told him to sit there and relax and all he did was sit there i was being sarcastic i didnt expect him to take it literal 😐. What kind of question is that? It's common courtesy to help without asking plus you see that I'm struggling to get my luggage out of the trunk myself with my daughter. And hes still sitting in the car plus he wanted me to close his trunk after I told him to close the trunk himself and he just sat there in the car with the trunk open waiting for me to do it. So rude and unprofessional I don't recommend taking a cab I'm taking uber next time🙄
The ride to the airport was perfect, 10/10 no complaints. The drive back from the airport never showed up, and the service team didn't respond to any of my emails and didn't pick up the phone. I got no refund for the trip back.
Do not ride with them drivers are rude. Pick up the the trip and strat complaining, non stop talking. I asked him to drop me to the airport. He refused. Driver ask me why I didn't take uber 😑 horrible experience.
Terrible directions to locate taxi stand; at least terminal "B". Got off my plane at 12:30 am, no one around to give direction, no taxi stand in site only a confusing painted "taxi"on wall but no basic instruction as simple as cross here for taxi stand.
I highly recommend Sumon as a Boston tour guide and car service provider. His knowledge of Boston's tourist spots is extensive. The service I received from them was excellent. If you are in the Boston area and are looking for car service, I highly recommend them.
