I ordered over $100 of food on 9/22. The online system accepted my pickup order. My husband drives there and the restaurant is locked up and the phone isn’t being answered. I emailed the address on the website and have received no response. The money has been withdrawn and the owner won’t issue a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. *UPDATE After posting my review, I received a refund.
My friend and I got food from here for the first time and it was bussinnnnnnn! I will I definitely be back very soon! You can tell this food is definitely made with love and I love to see it!
Positives: Very clean; masks with hand sanitizer at the door; love the decor with pics of Nip, Michael Jackson, Jay Z And more; Jerk Chicken sandwich and Cajun fries were REALLY good. ... the fries were perfect. I would go again to try more of the food. My wait was not long but i was the only person in the restaurant at the time. There is street parking in front of the building. Staff are friendly Negatives: The cashier wasnt very knowledgeable and couldnt answer my questions. It was my 1st time there and I asked their hours of operation and she didnt know (i went the day before and they were closed on Monday).... she had me walk outside to look at the sign for the hours; i also asked her what was in the Jerk chicken sandwich before i ordered it and she wasn't sure, she went to the back and asked the cook. She was sweet and nice though. When i asked for the menu, she said it wasn't updated, but handed it to me. I asked about the strawberry banana smoothies and she said there were no cups and i was only able to order bottled drinks.
Woman at counter answered phone with gloves on used same gloves to touch the order I was picking up and others... unsanitary and unprofessional ... took delivery orders and didn't even have bread needed to make the order ... it wasn't ready till 20mins after its due pickup time
Amazing food! Great prices. The customer service is top notch. Haven’t had any bad experience yet, I hope to keep it that way. TRY it out and tell a friend to tell a friend. You will not be disappointed! (lobster Mac is to die for) !!!! Thank you again for the wonderful service 🥰
