We have use thier services way before the lock down and was so excited to continue our parthnership. Empire rental is our go to party essential vendor for all our family engagment events. I 100% recommend Empire Rentals. We rented the tropical water slide and had the most fun weekend ever- despite the fact that it rained all weekend! When it was really pouring we just turned off the sprinklers! The kids were playing for hours on it in the rain! The customer service was amazing- set up was so thoughtfully done, and when we had any questions I just texted and got a reply within the hour. Thank you!!!
Rented a bounce house and dunk tank from Empire Party Rentals. Louis was super informative and communicative from the start. He texted us and let us know when they would arrive. When they arrived Louis was so personable and helped our vision for the party come together. I recommend them to anyone looking for a party rental company!!
Louis is the best! He brought the dunk tank over right away even though we called last minute! He set it up no problem and told us to call him with any issues at any time. Awesome experience!
