I’m a first time costumer and I definitely will be coming here often. She was so sweet and also understanding of my time! I haven’t had braids in my hair for more than 2 years and I love how she did them. Not only was she so neat she was so quick too!!! I got my hair washed, blow dried and was in and out so quick !!! Please BOOK!!!
Mary is so professional, accomodating, and friendly. I booked a last minute appointment before my birthday and she went above and beyond to make it happen. She was gentle, diligent about my comfort, had ideas about color and composition based on the very vague idea I’d given her about what I wanted, and her expertise was obvious. I would recommend Mary and her salon to anyway who likes to feel at home while getting their hair done.
Saw her great reviews online and thought I was going to get a great experience.She needs to make sure she listens to her clients better.She had an attitude by the end of my appointment because she wasn’t understanding what I was asking for? Even though I made a pre-paid appointment for medium box braids on her website that she provided .Sent her a picture of the braids, color and style I wanted. I ended up wasting my money on hair that she didn’t even use. Didn’t even offer me a smock from the beginning of my appointment, but offered it to the next customer after me. Sat me in the chair after she was done with my hair and just told me to look and sent me on my way. I ended up having to come back because she didn’t clip my stray hairs from my braids very well after claiming she did . Then proceeded to try and take a picture of my hair. I told her I had to go ,she had an attitude because I didn’t want to take a picture, after telling her I had to go. She never said anything about taking a picture when I left the first time. I had already came in later in the day because she rescheduled, I was just ready to leave . To add to this bad experience she called me later in the evening to see if I paid.
Mary was wonderful! I had my grand daughter’s hair braided and she did a wonderful job! My grand daughter is very tender headed, she didn’t even flinch with Mary. She was very gentle and the hair style is so beautiful! We will definitely be back!
Today I got Knotless braids and I love them. My stylist was kind, informative and made me feel so comfortable. She was attentive and very detailed. I have definitely found my final stylist. I am so thankful
