Arrived at 930 for a suit jacket needing to be tailored for a 430 deadline. I asked and reiterated how important it was to be done. Needless to say it wasn’t done when I arrived at 530 after trying to call and the phone was off the hook. When I arrived she seemed annoyed. I had to show up to the event without a jacket and felt very uncomfortable the whole night. When I picked up the next day she was still nasty and charged me 100$ where u could have bought a new one for that. I almost was going to tell her keep it and not pay her due to her attitude. If it wasn’t to be done say you cant do it or worst case call me. Disgusting
Angie is great. Does quality work cheaper and faster than everyone in the area. Use her services and skip the dry cleaners.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Do not waste your time or money here. I took my dress in for an alteration last week and when I got it back it was not even close to how I asked for it to be done. The straps were unbearably tight and I could barely fit. I then proceeded to take the dress back to get it fixed and was told it would be ready on April 7. I show up on Thursday, April 7 to get my dress only to be greeted by the lovely news that my dress is in fact not done. I was then told my dress would be done Friday the 8th by noon. I show up at noon the next day to get my dress and instead of getting what I asked for I was greeted with a harsh “it’s not done yet” as she was sitting there reading a book. At this point I was fed up (reasonably so). My dress was finally finished about an hour ago.
RUINED A WEDDING DRESS. Ruined my best friend’s wedding dress 3 weeks before her wedding. Angie said she “made it look better,” but she did not do the simple alteration my friend asked for. And then was so rude after she made my friend cry. Do not support this business!!
