Customer Service on point and Beautiful the work She does on your hair is Beautiful Her hands are as smooth as lotion through your hair its the twists their Relaxing as she twists your Dreads. If I myself was to change anything about the shop I'd name it Beautiful because in my honest opinion Everything is Beautiful about it.❤❤
I get to my appointment and sat in the chair. I then remembered that I have to be in a wedding in two weeks. My hair needed to be done right away. If I get my hair done today, in two weeks it would be at a point where its not fresh but its not terrible either. So what I needed was a less expensive, quick touch up of the roots only for now, just enough for my hair to last until I could come back before the wedding to get my hair fully done proper. So I ask "V" how much it would be for a touch up. First she said full price. Then I explained to her that I would be back in two weeks because of the wedding then I would get the bells and whistles then. She said ok, she could do the touch up and make the hair look nice and give me what I wanted. I asked her how much and she said $25.00. I said great this is just what I need. The whole point of the touch up was for me not to spend 60 plus dollars now then another 60 plus in two weeks. So she twists my hair according to plan and doesn't style it the way I want it but it wasn't a big deal to me at the time because I just wanted a quick root touch up and I wasn't paying full price. When she was done I told her thanks and asked her how much just to make sure, She didn't say anything and walked across the room to the trash. I thought to myself that that was a bit strange. When she came back she then replied "60 bucks same as last time." ( I had got my hair done there once before) I looked at her and said if thats the case style my hair like I want it. She then did it. I went to pay with my card she had her son ring me up at 65 dollars. She didn't even want to ring me up herself. She just walked out. I felt hustled. I felt like that was a bait and switch. She didn't honor her word. She told me one price that switched to to another. If you want to get hustled come here. I personally will never come here again! She's also the "ill do my way" type of stylist. Meaning, she does YOUR HAIR the way SHE WANTS. like your not paying her to do it. This salon gets Zero Stars. I only put a star so I can publish this review. I do well for my self. Its not about the money. Its how I felt hustled after. I was actually looking to make this salon my go-to salon. Guess I have to find another one.
