As a new motorcycle rider - and, first-time buyer - the whole process can be intimidating. But, Tyler and Triumph of Harrisonburg immediately made the whole process easy and and no-pressure. They have a good selection of models and are currently undergoing renovations that will really make the space modern. But, none of that matters if the people you deal with aren’t also of quality… …which is to say that Tyler was great! He was attentive and answered all my questions and really took a genuine interest in making sure I was comfortable. He worked with me to arrange having the bike transported up to Northern Virginia and continued to check in on me post-purchase and delivery. It’s easy to feel confident in this kind of purchase when the person doing the selling is an authentic brand ambassador, like Tyler. If you’re in the market for a Triumph, it’s worth the trip to Harrisonburg.
As a new rider a few years ago I thought the motorcycle buying experience would be intimidating. Tyler and Damon could not have made the experience easier and more welcoming. I continue to come back for service, gear, and events. Really great guys, very respectful, knowledgable, and just want everyone to enjoy life on two wheels. Couldn't recommend them more!

Right from the start, Robert's amicable nature and straightforward approach left a lasting impression. He valued my trade-in and provided a clear price over the phone, a promise he unequivocally upheld during my purchase. This level of honesty and transparency is refreshingly uncommon in the automotive realm. Roberts leadership could be seen through the numerous staff members I met and talked with, they helped me load my bike, didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting there time. The company as a whole seems like a great place for purchasing, selling, or service. Furthermore, Robert's enthusiasm was palpable as he eagerly answered all my questions and shared in my excitement about riding the bike. The purchase itself, a barely used BMW S1000XR, was a smooth process, and I'm delighted to note that the motorcycle has proven to be problem-free after the first 300 miles and still has the lauded BMW warranty intact. Triumph of Harrisonburg's commitment to a top-notch customer experience, combined with my flawless purchase, only strengthens my trust in their organization. Despite it being a 2 hour ride away I would recommend them to anyone in the DC area or beyond. In conclusion, my journey with Triumph of Harrisonburg has been exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for their stellar customer service and trustworthy practices.

Greatest Motorcycles! Professional staff that treats you like family. I highly recommend this dealership. If you haven't ridden a Triumph you really need to give them a try! You will truly be amazed in their product.
