But on 08.07, walking in the city center, we took a walk and decided to go to the new ROLLBERRY cafe on Terskaya, 91A. And it was our wrong decision! We ordered two sets: the Philadelphia set (large! standard set!) and the egoist set. We were told that we need to wait 1 hour, maybe longer. As a result, they bring it in 15 minutes, we were very surprised by this. They bring us the Philadelphia set and what do we see?! The rolls are crooked, different pieces of fish lie at random, the rolls are simply unrealistically thin. They were cut in half into 2, hoping that we were vacationers and would not notice. From 1 roll they made 2. In general, the width of the rolls was so ridiculous that if you combine 2-3 rolls, it will be like 1 in ROLLBERRY on Lenin. And we are regular customers and we know how rolls should look in ROLLBERRY. In a word, horror and terrible disrespect for customers! We were very hungry and were waiting for our favorite rolls, but got a spoiled mood and remained hungry. When asked the waiter: “what is this? Why did they bring us this?”, The girl replied: “we just changed the size” (Curtain!🤦🏻♀️). I wonder if the cafe was opened in the resort part, then they changed the size and left the price unchanged, seriously? We know how beautiful and big rolls are on Lenina, 178.
