My family and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Cook for my annual tax filing, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and expertise him and his team provided. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Mr. Cook demonstrated a deep understanding of tax regulations and was able to navigate the complexities of my financial situation with ease. They patiently listened to my concerns and questions, addressing each one with clarity and professionalism. What struck me the most was their ability to explain intricate tax jargon in a simple and understandable manner, putting me at ease throughout the process.
Two friends with similar tax return needs recommended this business to us. When we arrived with our documents, the accountant sifted through our paperwork and said our taxes weren't worth his time. He didn't offer a reason and suggested we look elsewhere. We asked if he could recommend another accountant and he said...no. We left cordially, but it was a strange experience and honestly, a waste of time. If you're planning to use Network Financial Group, call ahead to see if they'll even consider your business.
I usually do not write reviews, good or bad, but this is by far the worst service I have ever received. I emailed Mr Carl Cook based on recommendation from his receptionist about my business tax. This is my first year filing and was unsure of the ins and outs, hence why I sought out a professional accountant. He asked if I had all my accounts, I asked, “Like what”? He then said this would not be a good match and hung up the phone. Baffled by what transpired, I called back, thinking we got disconnected. I asked what happened, as I am simply unsure of what to bring. He proceeded to say that I sounded like I was not serious about my taxes and thus his services would not work for me. I then said, of course I’m serious hence why I am calling. He then hung up again. I would stay clear of him. His customer service leaves much to be desired.
I have been seeing different accountants for the past two years and haven’t been impressed. I finally feel like I found a great one! Donna Deluze is professional, friendly and exceptional. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful information she shared with me. Taxes can be so confusing and daunting and she was able to take me through it step by step and helped me understand more. I would highly recommend this place. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. All in all a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back!
