The first time I went to do Botox at this place I waited about 30 min. The second time I called and told them I had a specific window and couldn’t wait pass a certain time I waited 45 min. Told the front desk multiple times about the amount of time I had been waiting. It took for me to walk out for the doctor to come out and says it was a misunderstanding. How is not knowing what time your patients come in a misunderstanding? They offered a 10% discount… really… but no thanks. Stop wasting your customers time, it’s as valuable as yours. On my first Botox appointment I also got evaluated for a cosmetic surgery I got the doctors surgical opinion- emailed the manager Adriana to follow up on the details and how much it would be. Sent that in November 2020 let’s say it’s been a year and no response. Why go to a place that doesn’t even want your business. Don’t waste your time.
Truthfully, a very pleasant experience every single time I came. I came here for 12 sessions and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. It's a very clean facility and the machines they use are definitely high quality. I am very satisfied with my results & I highly encourage anyone (yes, i mean men too) to see for themselves! Lastly and most importantly, the Vivid Face staff is AMAZING! So professional & are all about customer service and satisfaction. :)
I have been going to this practice for about four or five years. This is one of the best medical practices to get your services. Huge thanks to Dr. Gropper and Kari at VIVID FACE and their amazing team for the excellent work they do! Top notch service and great results! I had a number of laser treatments on my face performed by Bonnie (nurse practitioner) and was always highly satisfied with results. Her attention to detail is always spot on, which I appreciate a lot! Highly Recommend!!!
I have a series of 6 hair removal treatments with them. They are accommodating and professional. They send reminders and allow easy confirmations via text. Waivers are sent electronically and it's easy to book an appointment. They might think about extending their hours though - close early on Saturday and they only open every other Saturday, and closed all day Sunday.
The girls are are the type of "super friendly happy all is good" type but big liars at the time of offering a service. in my case I went for laser hair removal, and they told me at the beginning that is was guaranteed, that I will start seeing results by the third session, but they only sell minimum 6 session packages because they need to be sure that will not be hair left. Well, my 6 session passed, still don't see any results at all, they want me to buy another package of six sessions, and now they are saying thay the results are mecer permanent nor guaranteed, and that they have people going there for years,..so, what's the purpose of doing laser hair removal if they say its not permanent,..and not even lasting,..you have to shave before going to an appointment,..and hair starts growing back the next day??! Not a happy costumer here, what a waste of time and money
