After searching through a variety of cosmetology programs I enrolled on Monday and will be starting classes next Tuesday. The administrators on the floor took very good care of me and assisted me so properly that I received a phone call nlt 24 hrs. I am super excited.. sure enough I am looking forward to next Tuesday. Here is to new beginnings with Touched by an Angel š I will update periodically. Update: I haven't started the program because I am having transportation issues at the moment. But that does not discourage me... I have the patience. I would like to add that when I did attend my first day, someone from the staff reached out and even gave me transportation suggestions. I appreciate her for thatš¤
$16,000 is crazy for a nail tech program when other schools in the area are charging $5000 max. I definitely did my research itās in their school catalog. These people have nasty attitudes and lie.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! š I walked in for the First time at 4pm, They told me they are Closing in 30minutes, But Online/Google it says 9pm! I told them, All I needed was my hair Shaved Off! They told me that they don't have the Tools to do it, But this is supposed to be a Beauty School! It is Thursday & they told me to come back Tuesday! UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT ORGANIZED W/ TERRIBLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! BAD š FOR BUSINESS & POOR MANAGEMENT!
This is the place to go if you need your hair done at a reasonable price. I have been natural for over 4 years and it has been challenging finding someone to do my hair. Also it did not seem like she was using to much heat on my hair, amd no burning smell. I left there that day feeling lile a Queen š
Iāve been waiting from a response from the enrollment department for nearly 2 months. Iāve never received a response to anything, I called and the owner answer which seems to be her private line and ā stated that she was in the furniture store and couldnāt talkā. So at this point Iām not sure if they are focusing on their personal lives, servicing clients or enrollment. I called back and get an message stating someone will get back with soon. So, now itās been over a little 2 months and I still havenāt received a response , message or any and DM on Instagram which also seems to be their private life page. Nothing seems professional, with the company. Although, they seems to upgrading there facility etc. someone shouldāve responded. However, I wonāt be attending this school because of the service is like this, I canāt imagine how schooling/ teaching is. Good luck to the future students!
