Designs by TTOC handled my baby shower and I must say the experience was truly amazing!!! I’ve used them for various floral arrangements and I’ve always been pleased. When it was time for my own baby shower I knew they would not disappoint, and they did not. My expectations (which are already high) were exceeded. Not only were the center pieces absolutely beautiful but they even made the vases personalized for my child’s name. The balloon arch was one of the best I’ve ever seen! Very sturdy and full! Additionally during the planning process Shantara was very informative and helpful in executing the vision I saw for the baby shower. The team was very quick and efficient with set up and take down and it was a great experience.
It’s true that flowers make an event. We hired TTOC to provide the florals for our vow renewal ceremony. The flowers were exquisite. I had so many comments from my guests on how beautiful they were. The company also delivered on time and provided a detailed proposal outlining every item that was included with my package. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I placed a order for a Father’s Day bouquet and was very disappointed!! (I’m sure they’ll know who I am just by reading this review). All of the flowers were dead, wrong colors, and then they attached a ‘thinking of you’ half deflated balloon to the flowers because they were out of Father’s Day balloons!!! I thought I was being pranked!! They have a small, medium, and large size flower option, I picked large and they gave me the smallest, most dead bouquet there was. So I went in store to show them something they already knew they put together. One of the ladies tried to offer to spray paint my white roses yellow!!! They basically never had the flowers I ordered in that shop and they had two weeks to send out a notice saying that they could not complete the order since they didn’t have that bouquet available. Not joking!! And then proceeded to show me more dead withered flowers to replace my other dead flowers with. They saw the flowers and took no accountability for what they did. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with flower delivery or florists ever!!! Now it’s Father’s Day and I do not have my flowers for my hardworking twin brother who is a single dad and doing it all for his family!!! I had already previously placed the order so that I would not have to worry about buying any flowers by Fathers day, and now there is none at all. On top of that, the flowers were left outside (I’m guessing they knew not to present those flowers in hand because they even know they were wrong)

She always deliver unique designs that are breath taking. every week i have a arrangement sent to my love. i advise you do the same. your loved one will adore that you thought outside the box and came with a unique live art arrangement. I recently received a delivery from this florist. My arrangement was left outside in front of my door. Who does that?! The flowers had apparently been outside in the cold for hours. I didn't know they were there until 9:30 PM when the sender called to see if I had received them. They hadn't received a delivery confirmation and was wondering what was going on. In addition, the flowers, which were white roses, were slightly withered and started to droop within 2 days.
