BUYERS BE AWARE! I tried to work with Lisa on a project for my business. She's proven to operate at a level of unprofessionalism that I've never encountered before. Her lack of professionalism has cost me more business than I paid for the service I have yet to receive. Her extreme lack of communication and falsifying timelines are beyond revoke. I will move forward legally due to her mishandling of my product. Below is a timeline of events for reference. I have full receipt of her actions and am willing to provide them upon request. BUYERS, BE AWARE! * 4/30/22, we initially made contact and met about my product. I provided reams of fabric for sample pillows. * 5/17/22, pillow samples were provided, and I decided to move forward. * 5/31/22 email sent to Lisa @ Sew 4 U ATL to confirm the product pick-up date * 6/7/22 - Text Lisa @Sew 4 U ATL to pick up the product * 6/7/22 - Lisa stated the shop would be open for pick-up on 6/8-6/10 and 6/11 drop-off only * 6/7/22 - I requested to pick it up in her shop. We agreed to meet in McDonough on 6/8 * 6/8, 6/9 - Request to pick up/meet for product delivery, and it was a verbal exchange that she had car issues and I could pick up my product on 6/11 from her shop * 6/11/22 @ 9:08am I received a text message that she would not be in the shop, but her assistant "Daniella would be at the store til 2. You're pillows are boxed up, and you can leave any other fabric you have with her. TTYL ". * 6/11/22 @ 10:50 am, I texted Lisa I was at her store and "Daniella" was not there. * 6/11/22 - 6/21/22 - I received no contact from Lisa. I left several texts and was repeatedly sent to voicemail. * 6/22/22 - Received a USPS tracking number * 6/29/22 - USPS is still waiting on the item.
Great service and prices. Very experienced and personable seamstress. Let them create your dreams. Year round gift wrapping services too. Five stars 👍👍
