If you are getting married, please RUN to Pantora!! This boutique was the only place I went to try on dresses at because I just knew they had my perfect dress. The stylist, Debra was a true expert & hit all of my wants on point!! I recommend Everybody here because their dresses are truly amazing. Don’t look anywhere else, go to Pantora & ask for Debra!! ❤️❤️
When I started planning my wedding in January 2021, one of the first (of many) decisions I made was to have as many Black-owned vendors as possible. After some online research, I stumbled upon Pantora Bridal. At the time, their only location was in Brooklyn and I live all the way across the country, in Los Angeles. So I made an appointment for a Friday in June and booked a flight. Obviously, my wedding dress was very important to me! My experience in the Pantora Bridal salon was nothing short of magical. Khadine pulled several beautiful gowns within my price range. Each gown I tried on had something special and unique about it but the last one brought me (and my friends) to tears. I knew it was the one. Pantora was extremely flexible with payment plan options and worked generously with me to ensure everything would be perfect. My dress was ready with plenty of time to ship to me in Los Angeles for local tailoring. My wedding dress was absolutely perfect. It was everything I’d ever dreamed of and my special day could not have been the same without that visit to Pantora Bridal. If you’re in the market for a wedding dress and a great experience with a great company, I recommend Pantora Bridal without reservation!
Pantora Bridal exceeded all expectations!!! Being a black bride was very hard to find options that fit my style and shape!! There was so much options for me and my budget. They worked with me and was patient and helpful. I found out I was pregnant after my first appointment of course like any bride I panicked. They made me feel so secure that everything was going to be ok. After altercations my dress fit perfectly and I felt like a real life princess!!! The customer service is a 10 out of 10!!!!
When it came to wedding planning choosing my wedding dress with Pantora Bridal was the easiest decision I made. I worked with Jennifer for my initial consultation and she made me feel so comfortable, especially as a curvy bride I was never put into dresses that wouldn't compliment my body or that would be too difficult to try on. Jennifer was so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. After I placed my order Kristin was by my side every step of the way constantly keeping me in the loop of delivery and my fittings schedule. I was so happy with working with the Pantora Bridal team I even ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses with them. I cannot thank the Pantora Bridal team enough....they all made me feel beautiful on my big day.
I had the best experience with Pantora Bridal. From trying on the dress, selecting the dress to picking up my dress, the team at Pantora made it easy! I was an out of town bride but they accommodated me and made sure my dress was altered during the 3 days I was in the city. I felt like a true QUEEN on my wedding day. I did not change my dress like I had planned on my wedding day for reception, I danced in my dress all night long. It was made with such great detail, I simply loved the design of my dress, and altered perfect for me. I would recommend Pantora bridal over and over again!
