Kabrina and Michael are life savers. We had a last minute cancellation on the petting zoo we had booked for my daughter's 6th birthday. So, I messaged Rent My Event Party Express at almost 10pm a couple of nights before the party. Kabrina responded right away and worked her magic... they made a rental work for us with very short notice. She was extremely helpful and responsive when I was trying to decide on which inflatable to rent. Their prices are extremely fair. When Michael came out to set everything up, he was on time, quick, friendly, and professional. We will DEFINITELY rent with them again in the future!! The smile on my daughter's face was priceless and wouldn't have been possible without Rent My Event Party Express!!
We had such a great experience with Rent my Event Party Express! The communication leading up to the delivery was phenomenal. The pricing was amazing - I couldn’t find a better priced option! The guys were so wonderful when they came to set up… actually set up an hour or so before our party started, which made it way less stressful for me. And they communicated just as well when it came time to pick the water slide combo back up! The party was such a hit because of the water slide! The kids loved it!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!
They were great. We rented a bounce house along with tables and chairs for my son’s 3rd birthday. The site was super easy to use and someone reached out to me very quickly to confirm my booking and answer any questions. When I forgot to add the tables and chairs to my initial order it was quick and easy to update my invoice. The staff who delivered the items were extremely friendly and were on time for delivery and pick up. We will definitely be using them again!
Kabrina and Michael are amazing! Picked out a party pack of inflatables for our sons birthday. Michael came out the night before to set everything up and broke everything down the next evening quick, and courteous. Great prices. Great communication! Will definitely recommend and keep them in mind for future events.
We loved the water castle we rented for our granddaughter’s birthday party. Everyone had so much fun on a hot, sunny day. The set up and take down were done in a timely manner and the guys who did the set up and table down were super nice. We will definitely use this company again.
