I had ordered a cake and some cup cakes for my sons 2nd birthday. It was just perfect the way i asked it to be. The owners are so humble and treat you with so much respect. I am so happy with their cake. Even though with a short notice they were still able to make it as per the theme I requested for.
My husband ordered me a cake for my birthday from here and it was gorgeous! I got so many compliments on it when I posted it on my page. I haven’t tasted it yet, but we also got peach cobbler, banana pudding, and cheesecake from her, and those were really good, so I can only imagine how good the cake will be. Very friendly, courteous, and amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend!
Family owned and well operated. All of the items we got were fresh. Their candy apples are real good and not thick like other shops who make them a week in advance. Cake jars are perfection.
I wish I could give them more stars 🌟 🤩. Not only was my birthday cake super unique and cute, but it was so delicious. I was shocked at how moist the chocolate cake was. I'm ordering again for my wedding. I can't wait. The owner is super sweet, too ❤️ . I love this place. I don't think I can go back to grocery store cakes after this.
The owner will act nice as soon as you walk in but believe me when it is time to pick up your order it will be hell. She couldn’t complete my order on the day of pickup which was supposed to be for my son 4th birthday. I placed an order on Thursday 6th of April and we agreed that I will pick up the cake on Tuesday April 11th which was my baby birthday at 1pm before I pick my baby from school because it was going to be a surprise kinda thing. So the day of pickup I called the owner for heads up that I will be at divalicious by 1.50pm believe me this lady said can I come and pickup the cake at 5pm 😳 5pm why? She said she is the only one at the shop. I told her I can’t come and pick the cake up at 5pm because it will be too late for the purpose. She ok “she will quickly do basic” ma’am I didn’t pay for basic cake I paid you the price you charged me in full. Then she initiated a refund without being remorseful 😒 where on earth will I start running for custom cake on my son birthday, did I mention that I placed an order for 2 cakes, 6” cake for $130 and a 4” over the counter cake for $35 for my 2 years. This lady yell at me saying she was the only one in her shop she didn’t get help. Ok I understand that you don’t have help but I paid for the service you advertised and I expected you to deliver, if you can’t or delivered the services you promised your customers please close up your shop and stop hiding behind I couldn’t get help. She called back and said she is going to deduct from my refunds. For what? She said she bought some props already. NO that’s not going to be possible I didn’t ask you not to deliver your service please refund my full payment as you have initiated. She said ok then she was not going to refund me my total payment that the company doesn’t not refund. Omg 😱 ok I will be at your shop in next few minute I told her, this woman said she was going to call cops on me if I show up to her shop, for what reasons would you call cops on me? that I wanted to come to your shop to come get my order or what? To avoid stress and trouble to save the day for my sons I decided not to go. The husband called blablabla that they don’t issue refunds I told him I didn’t initiated a refund your wife did. Please avoid this place you might not be lucky like those leaving good reviews, because that was what lead me to that shop and it turned out disgusting and disappointed. The story will be unforgettable but my babies were so happy with $25 Walmart cake at the end of the day. This woman doesn’t have any conscience for disappointing 4years and 2 years old kids
