While I can't speak for the negative reviews on here, my wife and I went in to find me a suit for a wedding. Christopher was working that Saturday by himself, and even though several people came in after us, he was an incredibly professional, hardworking young man. He was no nonsense, had me sized quickly, and pointed out options that worked right away. Then, he even had marks for alterations without skipping a beat. We walked out of there with a complete ensemble from head to toe at a fantastic price, and I'd go back any day of the week that Christopher is working. He's simply that good.
This was such a wonderful and hassle free suit buying experience. Everyone working there was very nice and helped me find everything. I 100% recommend if you are looking for high quality suits and great customer service
I ordered tuxes for my groomsmen from this store. We needed sizes that weren't in stock, so the store took our information and payment and assured us that the tuxes would arrive well before the wedding date. We were strung along for weeks in terms of communication. About four weeks before the wedding we were finally told that the tuxes had never been ordered. I've had great experiences with individual salespeople that no longer work there, but the above situation was just irredeemable in my opinion.
Beware of the fine print! Had a representative help me in regards to matching some bowties to match a gown! The women assured me I would be able to return my items if for any reason one of them did not match the gown! Upon return, you cannot return any of the ties or bowties! For they are considered an accessory! Not mad about their rules! Just frustrated with you ask someone for help and they assure you that you are able to return something and they will take care of it and then that’s not the case when you do have to return! Poor customer service! Just be honest so a customer can make the right decision!
Shout out to Chris! He was perfect. He knows his stuff, has a great personality and is capable of running a one man show. It was my first time buying a suit and he got me what I needed in my size, price range, and color preference. He also referred me to a great alteration place right down the mall at Best Sew. I almost gave up on finding a reasonably priced suit for my friends wedding but this was my last stop and I walked out with a wonderful suit option with a dress shirt for $130. Can’t beat that anywhere in the mall for the kind of service you get here.
