I've never stayed at an embassy suites before, so I was overwhelmed by how lovely everything was. My six friends and I got there way before check in and the staff was helpful and friendly about holding our luggage (and getting it back out when multiple people forgot things). There was a great walking path by the water and the hotel was about 5-7 minutes from the airport. We ended up getting ocean view rooms, which I found to be very spacious. The beds were double sized and the couches had pull-outs. We also appreciated that the bedroom and the living area had a separate door. The pool and hot tub were great and the free breakfast was delicious. Overall though, the staff were super kind, which made the trip that much easier.

It's a nice hotel because we always stay in Hilton brands. But the room was filthy like the carpet has never been vacuumed, tiles have never been mopped, counters need wiping and sanitized. The tiles outside the elevator was sticky and dirty like housekeeping has never mopped it. However, reception staff at check-in are professional and friendly. Breakfast was great and staff at breakfast were helpful and friendly. I saw them clean and sanitize eating tables. Great job. 👍

We booked this hotel while we were flying in from the east coast to attend my grandmother’s funeral. Day 1: heavy mold was discovered under the pullout sofa mattress to which I sent a notification to the hotel. At 11pm, as we were in bed, an employee woke us up and sprayed the bed with so much liquid disinfectant that my brother had to sleep on the floor. The employee joked that at least it would smell good. Mold was then found in the same spot in the second room we had, my family has respiratory issues. Day 2: After speaking with the front desk we were told that when we returned from the family viewing, new rooms would be provided. We arrived near 10pm, checked into 2 new rooms and again found even more mold in the same place spot in 1 of the new rooms. The night manager offered to move us into a new room, to which I asked him to personally inspect himself. After returning he stated that all the rooms he inspected had mold on the underside of those mattresses and that the head of housekeeping and general Manager would be notified as this was a widespread health issue. We were told we could move back into the previous moldy room or try to find another hotel which was not a possibility. We moved back into the previous moldy room and my brother was given a separate room. We were told that 4 out of the 6 nights of our stay between 2 rooms would be refunded due to the constant issues. Day 3: After the funeral we returned and discovered that the keys to the room my brother had been provided were no longer working. Yet another 11pm trip back to the front desk to have the room extended. I was told that the mattress in our room 323 had been replaced with a new one. The mattress was the exact same moldy one that had been there the entire stay. We were only refunded 2 of the 6 nights after being told by the night manager Junior, that 4 would be refunded. I demand the entire stay be refunded for the nightmare bereavement experience. I use the Hilton brand of hotels exclusively for my out of town employees and will never use you again. It is fair to mention that Junior did a good job trying to help and did the best he could with what he had to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful water front property! The staff was extremely helpful, and even allowed us to check in before their early check-in time. The Manager's Happy Hour was relaxing, and offered snacks and complimentary beverages. Breakfast included made-to-order eggs and omelets, as well as an extensive buffet. We wouldn't hesitate a second to stay here again, and hope our next visit is in the near future!

Hotel Location is absolutely breathtaking... Rooms are Pretty big with basic amenities like Micro and Fridge... and the Ones Facing the Bay has some Truely amazing View. Staff is not so Friendly or helpful at reception and Breakfast, though housekeeping staff is pretty good. Has a Very Nice Bar Inside the Hotel otherwise no Food Option Around. Has Pool and Gym. Overall pretty Decent experience.
