The suite is good when staying more than a couple days. The room was paid by my wife's job so I don't know how it stacks up price wise. The bed isn't very comfortable. The walk-in shower is nice but only opens on one end so you have to get in the shower to turn it on, and I'm not a big fan of the cold water before it starts warming up. Decent breakfast. We've stayed at similar hotels & the breakfast was hokey so we ate breakfast out in the past, but this is decent so we saved $ eating here. And the toilet is low. I feel like I'm squatting over a hole. Would we stay here again? I don't know. Mixed bag of good (the breakfast, it's clean & in a decent part of town, safety isn't an issue) and not so good. I had a room key issue that was a negative experience.
We recently stayed here for one night and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The service for breakfast was great and the staff checked with us before closing it down for the morning. The hotel manager was also very understanding and helpful with an issue I had with a future booking. Highly recommend this Hyatt!
I absolutely LOVED this hotel!! Their breakfast in the morning is so filling and so yummy!! The staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable plus we had a pretty decent sized kitchen and a balcony that over looked the pool. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!!!
The reception server is very unkind and they do selective services. One of my friend stayed there for 28days but they didn’t allowed to serve some free plastic cups for pool use. And we told her about membership grade, then she allowed and other server delivered plastic cups to our table. It was a very uncomfortable experience as a hotel guest. Great for BBQ place and pool. The only problem is loosen management and supervisor’s control.
Everything was coo, but our room had a crazy design to it. The entryway was narrow, and the bathroom was right by it, so it made it difficult to get in out the bathroom and to get in out of the room. Besides that, it was a decent hotel.
