I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional staff at this hotel. Throughout our 2.5-week stay with our 6-month-old baby, they truly made us feel at home. Bryan deserves special recognition for his outstanding service and going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Riley and Monica were also incredible, always ready to assist in any way possible. The rooms were impeccably clean and the location couldn't be more perfect. Without a doubt, this hotel is a must-stay when visiting Los Angeles.

Sylvia from the front desk was very rude on check out. Worrying about space in the room for holding our bags till transporting to next location. When there was plenty of room and we had asked on check in if they could hold our bags and the lovely man on the service desk had said yes. All other staff were lovely, kind, caring and helpful. Nice rooms, great location.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 is due to the astronomical valet service charge of $45 plus the $4.99 tax per day added on that is not clearly communicated on the booking site. With that said. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated, well stocked and very clean. The pool is a wonderful oasis away from the busy city. I would stay again but would choose to Uber vs paying the parking fees that you encounter everywhere in LA.

We usually have a pleasant stay at previous Hilton hotels but this has to be the worst experience we’ve had at any hotel. When making our reservation, I was told that there was valet parking but also a complimentary parking area where it’s first come first serve (we did not want valet parking). I was told that breakfast was also included due to being an honors member. The purpose for our visit was to visit Universal Studios, I asked if there was any transportation from the hotel to Universal Studios, I was told that there was. Upon our arrival to the hotel we were told the only parking available was valet and that the hotel never had complimentary customer parking. When I spoke to the front desk about what we were told, we were only offered to cancel our reservation with no sympathy whatsoever (I would have canceled but there were no other hotels with any availability). About transportation from hotel to Universal Studios: We were told there wasn’t. About breakfast: Here we are thinking breakfast was included and we were told that it wasn’t by the front desk (different person). This person replied to us by just saying “it’s not included sorry” The hotel staff members that I had made contact with were not courteous at all and seemed to not care about any of my concerns. About the room we stayed in: We had upgraded to a corner room due to the fact it would be a bit more roomier. The room was the smallest room we’ve probably been in, furthermore the room had a very strong odor of what appeared to be urine. The bathroom tub floor had black stains, the showers head would detached when moved to the slightest position with very little water pressure coming out of it. Rust stains were also visible on the metal door frame.

Hotel was in a central location to where we were going for an event. The check in went fine and we got our rooms but needed to change rooms which they did accommodate. The quality of the rooms was adequate but the service at the front desk could have been better. As high status members it would have been nice if they could have been more efficient and willing to work with us. I would not likely stay here again.
