It’s next to the Spectrum center so the location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped with a comfy king bed, kitchenette, couch and a large lighted vanity mirror but the shower was dirty and mold stained. I also found a huge roach crawling in my shower which was hella gross. Hopefully Hyatt and the owners invest in renovating the showers because they made an otherwise great stay gross.
Clean rooms, guest service friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. Paid $40.00 for velvet parking. Truck doors were never locked. I was looking for the car attend the person was unable to be found so I walked upstairs to see if maybe the person was watching the cars. I went to my truck, and all my doors were unlocked. Crazy because they have signs that state " Not responsible for stolen items," why pay $40.00 🙄and you're not going to lock the doors? Complain to night management and day management, nothing was done.
Overall, great service at the Hyatt. They even accommodated our early stay—HOWEVER, there was a giant dead cockroach in our bathroom which was not appreciated. Otherwise all workers were very friendly.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for Trey. I booked the room day of when I decided to do a staycation in the city. I had no I idea a large concert was happening down the street and Trey and the staff made parking and check in so easy despite the chaos outside. The hotel is in a great location, rooms are nice and clean, and there’s ample parking around the area if you don’t want to valet. I’d highly recommend this hotel to people visiting Charlotte or doing their own personal staycation.
The rooms offer a great view of downtown CLT and are overall great accommodations. However, the service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. The guy at the front desk was very Sassy. It seems as though we bothered him at his job.
