This is a great hotel! Good morning food service and it is very clean. The only issue is that the pool no longer has a hot tub. I think that is because of covid, but it makes going swimming very cold.
When I checked in last night, I asked if there was a shuttle to the airport. The person behind the counter said yes. I said great I need to leave by 4:45. She said fine. Now the shuttle won't leave until 5:00. I have a 6:00. Why didn't she tell me that? I would have scheduled a ride to pick me up. Bad communication. And the driver here could care less by his attitude and response to me. Hopefully the review helps the hotel learn to communicate and improve their customer service. For those staying here before going to the airport, plan accordingly.
