Staff helped as best they could. Moved us to another room due to noisy fan in first - was also missing lamps. Second room better but only one tv worked. Both floors had large very wet areas in hallways - never taken care of by maintenance. Upgraded needed. Disappointed …have stayed with Marriott for many years.
The gentleman that checked me in and changed my room (since AC was broken) was great! Poor guy working by himself managing maintenance issues and many people checking in! The hotel parking is terrible, I drove a 4runner with two 16gallon totes on top and there were NO clearance signs marked in the garage so the pipes hanging from the ceiling SHREDDED our totes, so angry. Didn't eat breakfast because we just wanted to get the heck out of dodge. Common areas are very dirty, although it's no longer COVID, I expected more from a Marriott brand hotel & price.
Don't ever stay here, this place is disgusting. Our tub didn’t drain, and front desk told us at 10pm when we were going to bed that they couldn’t fix it and we would have to change rooms. There were stains on the wall in the bathroom that housekeeping could of easily addressed, but instead left to look like a crime scene. The phone in our room was broken, heard sounds of traffic outside all night, and the pool is cold and so gross, my kid didn’t even want to swim in it. To top it all off, the front desk couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your money.
Love this hotel. Convenient, easy to get to and incredible views of the mountain range. We extended our stay 3 times. Parking is $10 a day which is annoying, but parking is in a secured garage.
Close to DU campus. Bathrooms in basic room are pretty tight squeeze. Only one ice machine working. Staff were nice and tried their best with a hotel that could use a lot of fixing up.
