The only positive thing about the hotel was Amy at the bar. She was amazing and super friendly. She made us feel welcome as if we were family. The negatives- check in was a mess. I tried to check in on the app but it wouldn’t allow me to and told me to see the front desk. Lady said there was an “error” and it took me 20-25 min to check in. 3 other families checked in while I waited. The whole hotel is out dated and needs an upgrade. The room was worn down and the carpet felt wet. Old pictures on the walls of palm trees and patches on the old furniture just felt worn down… Definitely didn’t give the Hilton vibe. The pool was pretty from afar but as we got in there are cracks everywhere and doesn’t look to be maintained. Hot tub was not hot - I think the pool was just as warm. We were super excited for happy hour and chose this hotel for that reason but the line to order a drink was 15-20 people deep and we couldn’t wait 30-40 min in line for a “free” drink. We gave our coupons to another couple so we can get to our dinner reservations. Lastly I was billed for parking although I paid for self parking with my room rate. For the price paid and the Hilton name we expected more but won’t be returning.

This hotel was overall not a good experience. It is in need of some serious updates. Parts of the roof are crumbling. There was a major leak in one part of the hotel. In my room everything was dirty and outdated. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard, the coffee pot was disgusting, every towel in my bathroom had black curly hairs in them, and the toilet would not flush properly. I definitely would not stay here again. I was very disappointed. The staff were friendly. That is the only positive I found.

I was here for 3 days at a conference. I did not stay in the hotel, but I did use the restaurant and conference area. The restaurant was easy to find. It faces a street. I suggest if you have a schedule to keep arriving early. It has an entryway with a valet. You get to choose here if you want a daily parking pass or something longer. is the area where you, if you are attending a conference have to check in every day and show your parking pass. Some days there was a long line. The hotel is nice. It looks like a hollow square. It has a beautiful oasis with plants and fountains. It has a skylight so the natural light was great. This area has a beautiful view. It is also a nice sitting area. The Conference area was facing the oasis area. You can hear the noise from the people talking outside. I found it distracting. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nice. It was a nice place for lunch.

The staff here were just wonderful! And the view from the room was spectacular. The pool with the waterfall was beautiful!! Very clean, great breakfast, would definitely recommend. And I would go back again!!

Overall, we had a great experience. Our room was spacious. The location was decent. However, the highlight of our experience was the service. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. From the check in process with Cynthia and onward, she was always readily available to us and ensured all of our needs were met. Based on her recommendation, we decided to extend our vacation and stay at another Hilton hotel, located in Middle Beach, Miami, Florida. It was well worth it.
