We were in town for three days for a wedding. The location was in Midtown and central to each venue that we needed to travel to for our weekend. The building was secure and the parking attendants were very attentive. The sole reason that I can’t rate the room, and service, at a five is because at 9 pm, the temperature of the first room that we were placed in had never dropped below 76*. The staff was very swift to respond to our complaint-even upgraded us to a suite located just around the corner from the initial room. However, upon entering the suite, we realized that the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Their vodka bottle, unmade bed, and trash greeted us. After having to transfer our luggage 🧳 and all of our possessions into this second room at 9:30 pm, I was admittedly, a bit upset. The staff was very apologetic and transferred us to a third room, also an upgrade to a suite, on a different floor. Third time’s a charm. 😏All was well. The sunrise and sunset views from the lobby (on the 20th floor) were amazing.. brownie points from me as I am a passionate photographer of both. 📸 If I travel to the Midtown area again, I’ll give them another shot ! Thank you to the lobby team for all their help.
Perfect location, kind staff, and very comfortable accommodations. The hotel was super clean and they pay a lot of attention to safety, which was appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was on the top floor, so you get to eat with a view! Would definitely recommend staying here.
We stayed here in May 2018. The hotel felt modern and clean. The surrounding area of the hotel was pretty quiet and safe. There is a MARTA station nearby, which was convenient since we didn't rent a car. The free breakfast was on par with other Hampton inn's we've stayed at. The view from the breakfast area is nice. The staff were nice and helpful.
Great location. Staff at hotel and valet were very nice and friendly. Hotel is newer and our room was in great condition. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful. Only disappointment was no housekeeping on weekends. There was a problem with the valet parking while we were there and the hotel couldn't have handled it better!
We had a large wedding nearby and needed a hotel for all the guests to stay and a place for the bridesmaids and groomsman to get ready. The staff was exceptional with Terrance and Nesey leading the way! They took care of all the details and made sure our guests and us were taking care of, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My wife, Mary, and daughter, Kelsey, loved the set up for the conference room for the girls getting hair and make-up and that they could sneak to the lobby and welcome all the different families arriving from far away. All the guests thought the rooms were accommodating, clean and loved the top floor to socialize that was always well attended and clean.
