Exceeds expectations every time! Have been traveling here for work for 9 years and there's no question where I stay. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure this hotel is conveniently situated in the heard of Waikiki, just a short walk away from the beach, delicious restaurants, and shopping. Best feature is the exceptional service. The staff always goes above and beyond to make my stay memorable. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine Hawaiian hospitality provided by Larissa Canida (manager) and her staff!
The courtyard Marriott was a great find in Waikiki. It is in the heart of many eateries, shopping, and beach. And the pool is a great respite from all the happenings around you. I love how the lobby opens up their doors to make the outside extend into the inside. The personnel are top notch and will help in any way needed. The rooms are a little small, but in Hawaii, land is a premium, so it is understandable. We had a good refrigerator, microwave to help with morning breakfast and midday snacks. And every room has a balcony to open up your room to enjoy your own personal outdoor Hawaii space. The fitness room has so many cardio and free weight options. I was very pleased with that. Great location and amenities overall! One note, although they offer parking, it is valet only, however I was very impressed how quickly they brought my vehicle to me everyday.
Honestly not a bad place to rest for the night. Don’t go there if you’re just planning on staying one night as there is a $35 destination fee that is used for amenities (things that the hotel provides for use like pool, etc.). Staff was welcoming enough, but when we got there there was a 911 call that the service desk recognized, the desk man sent a security guard to check on the situation, but they didn’t seem to care all that much. Also if you like the hustle and bustle of the city to keep you up at night, this is the place to be as the night doesn’t sleep, so neither do the people. With those in mind the bed was comfy, room was clean, and overall not bad I suppose
The rooms are very dated, old and tiny. Bathroom has a very dark Micro shower. The bed was like a cement slab. Ridiculously hard...WHYYYYY. The only thing going for this overpriced place is it's location to shopping, local eateries and the beach. Absolutely NOTHING else good worth talking about. I will be joining the Hilton brands moving forward.. Our relatives hotel was much much nicer.
I had a lovely stay at this property. Was traveling for business and found this to be a nice spot to recharge, catch up on work, and explore the city. Christie at the front desk is one of the most welcoming and professional people I’ve encountered in my travels. Thank you to her and the team for your friendliness and hospitality. Best wishes -
