I stayed for one night. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location… I don’t think the front desk staff were intentionally coming across rude. I think it was personality and perhaps lack of hospitality experience. When I walked in my room, I saw steaks on the toilet seat (not bowl), and unfolded towel, and a used bar soap. I am not a stickler when it comes to a hotel room needing to be perfect but it seems the bathroom was not touched at all. Hotel changed my room. I didn’t expect a refund or credit of any kind, but was surprised none was offered. I told the person at the front I took photos but he was not interested in seeing them.
Old rooms need to be updated. I loved all of the staff except for the African American girl with braids and I believe she had glasses. She had an attitude problem with guest. I forgot to get his name but the gentleman who fixed our credit card that was almost charged 4x due to customer service representative (the night before last)was so nice and professional. I loved him. 😍hate I didn't get his name. But thank you hopefully you remember me being the one you helped to take the other 3 rooms off our account so we didn't get charged
Hotel was good overall. I had a couple of smaller issues, but nothing that I think is worth noting. My only thing I wish would’ve been told to me was that if you have a car with you, you have to pay $21/day to park in the garage, which is the same price for anyone that parks in that garage for 24 hours if you aren’t staying at the hotel. I would think that staying at the hotel would either give me free access to the parking garage or at least a discounted price on the parking. This hotel was what I expect out of a Courtyard by Marriott and the staff was professional and helpful.
had the most horrendous experience at this facility just a couple of weeks back. At the time of check in, the front desk attendant was anything but polite. Strangely, my Visa card wouldn’t work despite several attempts. So, I decided to use MasterCard (for the first time), which was approved without asking for PIN code! Finally, I could get to go to my room. However, the WiFi wouldn’t work in my room. For every important official work I had to rush to the lobby. The staff was of no help. In fact, one of the front desk attendants told me that she often faced the same problem!! I checked out a day earlier! However, my troubles were not over yet. Both my Visa and MasterCard got hacked at this facility. Lost hundreds of dollars in unauthorized transactions. Now I am unable to use any of my cards!
Overall disappointed by this location. I am regular with Marriott and this locations was below their average. The wifi was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a Marriott property. Web pages not loading, constantly being signed out or kicked off. Then having a TV with limited channels, blacked out channels and no movies. You could only watch news, kids shows or bad acting crime dramas. Overall it was a huge letdown.
